Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Core Insurance systems: design, development, deployment, and operations.
Prioritize and execute product backlog for secure, resilient, high-performing platforms.
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across global teams.
Drive multi-year modernization: cloud-native, legacy transformation, and emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, automation, cloud frameworks).
Implement scalable, reusable architectures ensuring innovation, compliance, and high availability.
Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and strong culture.
Oversee system stability, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, tracking KPIs and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
10–15+ years leading software engineering teams in large-scale digital transformation programs.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture (Azure preferred), microservices (Java/Spring Boot), APIs, modern front-end (React/JS), and mobile technologies.
Experience with AI, Big Data, legacy/mainframe modernization, and secure, high-performance systems.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and TDD.
Skilled in managing multi-country engineering teams, SaaS platforms, and vendors.
Excellent communication skills for technical-business alignment.
