ITスキルを身に着けながら、ITで社会インフラを支えるグローバルな業務です。
【業務内容】
キンドリルでは、私たちの日常生活を支えるシステムの提案・構築・運用を行っています。
大規模プロジェクトにおいて、そのシステムが問題なく稼働するために、ITサービスマネジメントを実践いただき、品質の維持・向上のた
めの業務に従事いただきます。
・現行のお客様業務とシステムを理解し、リーダーの指示を受けてBAU業務の引継ぎと引継ぎ後の実施を担う
・各プロセスに対してトランスフォーメーション計画策定とお客様調整し遂行
・変更管理や問題管理を中心としたプロセス実践
・トラブル発生時の原因分析と正常化支援
なお、今回想定しているプロジェクトもしくは同等の別プロジェクトに従事、または両プロジェクトの兼任の可能性があります。
