【業務内容】

Salesforceを導入するお客様へのシステムの企画・開発・運用保守をパッケージ・コンサルタントとして担当いただきます。

お客様の要望をヒアリングし、Salesforceの知識・経験をもとに、Salesforceでどのように実装していくのかをお客様と共に検討いただきます。

顧客折衝・要件定義等の上流工程も担当いただき、ニアショア/オフショアも活用しつつ実装~運用保守をリードしていきます。

・リリース対応

・障害対応(根本原因究明と対応方針策定) など"
