コーポレート情報技術サービス部(CITSD)は、効率性と生産性向上を実現する革新的かつ安全なITソリューションを通じて楽天グループを支えています。CITSDは、コアビジネス向けエンタープライズアプリケーションの管理、ITプラットフォームを活用した業務自動化とDX推進、包括的なエンドユーザーおよび運用サポートの提供、幅広い重要サービス・プラットフォームを支えるITプロセスの最適化を担当しています。さらに、生成AIやAIエージェントなどのAI技術を統合し、意思決定の迅速化、知識発見の改善、効率的な運用などサポート能力を推進し、事業部門の業務負担軽減とサービス品質向上を支援します。

ビジネス情報技術プラットフォーム課は、社内の業務基盤を支えるITプラットフォームの企画・推進を担う部門です。業務範囲にはクラウドサービスの標準化・展開、業務効率化に向けたアプリケーションの導入、社内の主要なERPシステムとのデータ連携に加え、AI技術の活用と開発にも注力しています。企業IT戦略の中核として、多様な部門と連携しながら、安定性・セキュリティ・利便性を兼ね備えた次世代IT環境の構築を目指しています。

ポジション:
募集背景
チームリーダーとしてSalesforce CoEチームと共有プラットフォーム運用を統括し、戦略とロードマップを主導します。 安全かつ高品質な提供を確保し、明確な運用リズムとガバナンスを確立するとともに、AIを活用した効率化施策を含むSalesforce機能(Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)の導入を推進します。

業務内容
プラットフォーム運用・強化のリーダーシップ:

・Salesforce CoEのプラットフォーム運用と継続的な改善・拡張を、責任者としてエンドツーエンドでリードします。運用モデルの整備、ロードマップの実行、リリース/変更の運用サイクルを主導し、役割/責任とガバナンスを明確化します。安定性・セキュリティ・サービス品質を維持しながら、改善要望の優先度付けと提供を実施します。AI駆動の効率化イニシアチブを含むSales Cloud/Service Cloudの利用定着を推進します。

・経営層を含むステークホルダーに対して、進捗・リスク・意思決定事項を明確に報告・共有します。併せて、ベンダー成果物の品質・納期と契約遵守を担保し、複数案件の進捗・品質・納期・リスクを横断的に管理します。

必須要件:
・10名以上の関係者(事業・開発・運用・ベンダー等)が関与する案件で、構築(Build)だけでなく、運用設計から運用部門への移行/引継ぎ(Run)まで、エンドツーエンドのデリバリーを含めてリードした経験。

・Salesforce導入における技術調査およびプロジェクト推進リードの経験5年以上(Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)。

・Salesforce開発の実務経験5年以上。(Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)。

・事業/技術リーダー(上級管理職を含む)との協業経験。

・日本語(ビジネスレベル)、英語(TOEIC800点以上)

歓迎要件:
・Salesforce関連資格(Developer、Sales Cloud/Service Cloudコンサルタント等)

・多国籍/オフショアチームを率いたグローバル案件リード経験

・ガバナンス/運用モデルの定義、複数組織にまたがるCoEプラクティスのスケーリング経験。
