部署・サービスについて

コーポレート情報技術サービス部では、AI Solutionの導入や、AI Agent開発をリードするシステムデザイン/アーキテクトエンジニアを募集しております。楽天グループ全体の業務効率化のため、プラットフォームサービスとして、AIテクノロジーを中心とした様々なITソリューションを楽天グループ各社に提供しています。

我々の組織では、最新のAIテクノロジーおよびMicrosoftエコシステムの革新を迅速に取り入れ、ビジネスユーザ向けに高品質な技術ソリューションを提供します。

ビジネスユーザ向けソリューションとしては、No-Code/Low-Codeプラットフォームを中心に推進し、業務効率化と生産性向上を実現します。

さらに、AI支援によるアプリ開発や、Pro-Codeソリューションを活用した高度なAIエージェント開発も視野に入れ、エンタープライズ規模でのAI導入を加速させます。

ポジション:

業務内容

・Multi-Agent Orchestrationの設計・拡張

・AIxRPA統合基盤の設計

・社内業務システムとのAI Agent連携設計

・外部AIサービス(SaaSソリューション)とのAI Agent連携設計

・Microsoft製品の最新テクノロジーや新機能のキャッチアップ、及びPoCプラン設計

・Microsoft製品以外のソリューションとの比較、PoCプラン設計

<ガバナンス・セキュリティ強化>

・AI利用ポリシー策定

・データ統合ポリシーの設計・標準化

<開発プロセス標準化>

・AIエージェント開発の標準プロセス策定

・AIエージェント開発のベストプラクティス策定

<クロスファンクショナル連携>

・複数部門にまたがるAIエージェント統合の推進

同僚の人数:海外拠点含め約30-40人

開発環境:M365 Copilot、Power Platform、Copilot Studio、MS Foundry、MS Fabric、RPA(BluePrism)

必須要件:

・Microsoftエコシステム(M365 Copilot、Azure、Power Platform、Copilot Studio、Entra ID)の知識

・AIソリューション設計・開発の実務経験(LLM、Multi-Agent、RAG、など)

・MCP Serverの設計・構築の実務経験

・外部AIサービス(SaaSソリューション)とのA2A連携の実務経験

・セキュリティ・ガバナンスに関する知識

・AI Agent開発スタンダードに関する知識

歓迎要件:

・Microsoft FabricやFoundryを活用したAI・データソリューションの理解

・RPA(Blueprism)の実務経験

・業務プロセス改善、BPRの実務経験

・AI支援によるコード開発ツール(GitHub Copilotなど)の利用経験

・データガバナンス・コンプライアンス対応の実務経験

・MLOps/DevOpsの導入経験

・日本語及び英語での文書と口頭による円滑なコミュニケーションスキルを有する方
