今、MuleSoftでは、日本におけるMuleSoftビジネスの成長を支える、優秀で協力的なソリューションエンジニアリング・チームの一員として、意欲的なプリセールスのエンジニアを募集しています。このロールは、見込み顧客の信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動し、MuleSoft製品のAnypoint Platform上にアプリケーション・ネットワークに構築することで、顧客のより速い変革とイノベーションを実現することを証明します。また、MuleSoft製品のセールス・サイクルを通して、アカウント・エグゼクティブ(営業)と密接に連携し、顧客の技術要件、競合、意思決定プロセス、資金調達方法といった情報を収集をしながら販売機会を適格に評価し、契約獲得を目指します。顧客のIT部門や、CxOといった経営幹部との強固なリレーションを築き、顧客の技術要件をビジネス成果に結びつける活動をリードしていきます。

成功するために必要なスキル:

  • エンタープライズソフトウェアのプリセールス経験、顧客との信頼関係を築くスキル、およびセールス・サイクルにおける主要な意思決定者(キーマン)に影響を与える能力
  • IT システムの提案経験が 5 年以上 (最低でも 3 年)
  • アーキテクチャ・パターン、エンタープライズ・メッセージング、ミドルウェア製品、システム連携、Webサービス技術、API、SOA、ESB、メッセージング・キュー(MQ)、BPM、ワークフロー、RPA, AI Agentなどの実務経験
  • Java開発の実務経験およびJava APIに対するコーディングおよびデバッグの能力が望ましい
  • クラウド技術(iPaaS、SaaSアプリケーション、クラウド・インフラストラクチャなど)の経験が望ましい
  • PoCのデリバリーやRFI/RFP対応経験
  • アーキテクチャの議論をリードする能力
  • 技術への情熱と、顧客のビジネスインパクトに変える能力
  • 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
  • 必要に応じて出張し、営業地域全体で柔軟な時間で働く能力
  • 日本語(流暢)および英語(読み書きビジネスレベル)

入社後に達成できると想定しているレベル:

6ヶ月後:

  • MuleSoft開発者の認定資格、およびSalesforce認定資格を取得
  • シャドーウィングおよび顧客シナリオのロールプレイングを通じて、ホワイトボーディング・スキルを活用したシステム・アーキテクチャの議論をリード
  • MuleSoftの技術トピックに関するセルフサービス・アセット(製品説明資料、デモ、サンプルコードなど)を作成

12ヶ月後:

  • MuleSoftのすべての製品知識、アーキテクチャ、および営業メッセージング・トレーニングの認定を取得
  • セルフサービス・アセット(製品説明資料、デモ、サンプルコードなど)を、実際のセリング活動で利用
  • 顧客の技術要件や、ミーティング参加者のレベルに合わせた製品プレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを実施
  • アカウントチームの一員としてPoCを成功裡に完了できる能力
  • アカウントエグゼクティブ(営業)と協力し、アカウントプランや戦略を立てたり、マーケティングをサポートするために技術的な啓蒙活動(ブログの執筆、ウェビナーでの製品デモの実演、イベントでの講演など)を行う
