今、MuleSoftでは、日本におけるMuleSoftビジネスの成長を支える、優秀で協力的なソリューションエンジニアリング・チームの一員として、意欲的なプリセールスのエンジニアを募集しています。このロールは、見込み顧客の信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動し、MuleSoft製品のAnypoint Platform上にアプリケーション・ネットワークに構築することで、顧客のより速い変革とイノベーションを実現することを証明します。また、MuleSoft製品のセールス・サイクルを通して、アカウント・エグゼクティブ(営業)と密接に連携し、顧客の技術要件、競合、意思決定プロセス、資金調達方法といった情報を収集をしながら販売機会を適格に評価し、契約獲得を目指します。顧客のIT部門や、CxOといった経営幹部との強固なリレーションを築き、顧客の技術要件をビジネス成果に結びつける活動をリードしていきます。
成功するために必要なスキル:
エンタープライズソフトウェアのプリセールス経験、顧客との信頼関係を築くスキル、およびセールス・サイクルにおける主要な意思決定者(キーマン)に影響を与える能力
アーキテクチャ・パターン、エンタープライズ・メッセージング、ミドルウェア製品、システム連携、Webサービス技術、API、SOA、ESB、メッセージング・キュー(MQ)、BPM、RPAなどの実務経験
Java開発の実務経験およびJava APIに対するコーディングおよびデバッグの能力が望ましい
クラウド技術(iPaaS、SaaSアプリケーション、クラウド・インフラストラクチャなど)の経験が望ましい
PoCのデリバリーやRFI/RFP対応経験
アーキテクチャの議論をリードする能力
技術への情熱と、顧客のビジネスインパクトに変える能力
優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
