【部署の紹介】
マーケティング本部は、グループ全体の成長を支える重要な部門です。
この部門は、各事業における新規顧客の獲得から、既存顧客の維持・育成まで、マーケティングに関する幅広い戦略を策定・実行する役割を担っています。
特に、バリュエンスホールディングスが展開する事業、例えばブランド品の買取・販売を行う「なんぼや」や「ALLU」など、消費者向け(BtoC)の事業においては、
デジタルマーケティングの手法を駆使して効率的に新規顧客を獲得し、CRMを通じてLTV(顧客生涯価値)を最大化するための施策が求められます。
また、複数のサービスを展開する中で、各サービス間の相互利用を促進し、グループ全体のシナジー効果を高めることも重要です。
マーケティング本部は、データ分析や市場リサーチを通じてターゲット層の理解を深め、最適な施策を打ち出すために、他の部署とも密接に連携しています。
顧客のニーズに合わせたコミュニケーションやキャンペーン、デジタルチャネル(例えばSNSや動画、メールマーケティング)の活用を通じ、ブランド認知度の向上と顧客のエンゲージメント向上を目指す(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

■必須要件
・マーケティング戦略立案・推進の実務経験
・データに基づいたPDCA運用経験
・部門横断でのプロジェクト推進経験
■歓迎要件
・越境ECまたはインバウンド施策経験
・中国市場向けマーケティング経験
・小売・EC・ラグジュアリー業界経験
・語学(中国語・英語)
・店舗ビジネスに関わった経験
・10名以上のチームマネジメント経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
