再就職支援事業部にて顧客への公的支援制度の案内、支援サポートの提案を行っていただきます。

ご契約いただいた顧客からのお問い合わせにチャット、お電話にてご対応いただきます。

募集ポジションとしては退職時の失業手当など公的支援制度の申請方法などのお問い合わせに対しての対応でございます。

<具体的には>

・お問い合わせのあった顧客への対応(チャット、お電話、オンライン面談)

・面談予約管理

・契約後のカスタマーサポート

・契約時の案内

基本は電話、チャット、オンライン面談等での対応となりますので対面での対応がございません。

反響営業ですので、新規開拓のテレアポ等もございません。

<1日のスケジュール>

▼10:00~:出社

・一日の予約確認

・チャットにて届いている問い合わせへの対応

▼13:00~14:00:お昼休憩

・時間、事務所の使い方はもちろん自由です。

▼14:00~19:00:顧客対応

・基本面談予約、チャットでの問い合わせへの対応を行っていただきます。

・15分休憩もありますので、自由にとっていただいてます。散歩に行くのも仮眠するのもOK

19:00:退社

・予約等は枠を決められるので、19:00以降は予約が入らないよう設定をしております。

・家庭の都合など相談があればフレックス制度にて業務時間の変更も可能です。

土,日,年末,夏季,有給 この求人は、1月から3月に入社可能で、未経験者も歓迎されるカスタマーサポートや管理スタッフのポジションです。完全週休2日制で、土日が休みとなっています。また、年末年始、GW、夏季の休暇があり、有給休暇も勤続年数に応じて最大20日取得可能です。
