そのサービスを支える重要なチームの1つExternal Fulfillment(EF)部門では、外部の物流パートナー(3PL)の協力のもと、自社の物流拠点(FC: Fulfillment Center)にはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大とお客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。近年では、FCと同様のシステムや管理基準を3PLに導入することで、更なる生産性と品質の向上を実現しています。
EF部門のProcess Engineer (以下PE)チームは、3PLが運営する物流拠点での入荷(Inbound)、出荷(Outbound)、品質管理(ICQA:Inventory Control and Quality Assurance)工程に対して、3PLと協業して最適なプロセス(工程)を設計し、新規立ち上げから立ち上げ後の改善を担います。
Amazon が持つノウハウ、標準プロセス、物流に関する知識をフル活用して、各拠点の生産性と品質の向上を目指します。
Key job responsibilities
ビジネス要件と物流拠点の図面などをもとに作成されたバリューストリームマッピング(VSM)に沿った、作業工程の設定や使用するマテハンやリソースの配置を計画します。また、ITチームと連携し、業務システムのコンフィグレーションやユーザーテストを行い、プロセスを完成させます。更に立ち上げ後には、KPI管理をもとに改善ポイントを見つけ、要因分析、改善案作成、実行までを3PLと共に行っていきます。
ご入社後は、トレーニングを受け、いずれかの工程をテーマにOJTを通して専門性を磨き、その後他工程のPEも経験して頂きます。将来的には工程設計・改善のスペシャリストとしてEF又はFCでキャリアアップが可能です。

A day in the life
■勤務は土日含むシフト制となります。
【勤務時間】午前8時~19時(シフトによる8時間勤務)
*遅番/夜勤: 新規拠点立ち上げ時や繁忙期には午後12時~午前6の間で8時間勤務の遅番/夜勤が発生する事もあります。
【休日】月10日

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験- 複数のステークホルダーとプロジェクトをリードした経験(2年以上)
- データ分析業務経験(統計解析、レポーティング)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- IE(Industrial Engineering), BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)、品質、オペレーション、ロジスティックスのいずれかの業務経験- 物流や製造分野のプロジェクトにおいて効果試算・測定を自ら実施した経験
- VSMなどを用いてプロセス(工程)の計画を行った経験
- Microsoft Wordを利用した提案書、報告書等のドキュメント作成の経験(日本語)
- 簡単なメールの作成・読解が可能な英語力
- 常にゴールの達成を目指し、困難があっても妥協せずにやり遂げる力
- 困難な中でも冷静さを保って論理的に思考し、社内外のステークホルダーに対して明確に自分の意見を伝えられるコミュニケーションスキル
