アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門のExternal Fulfillment (以下EF)チームにて、Process Engineer Assistanttを募集致します。
アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門では急速な事業拡大の中で、お客様の利便性を追求し"ほしい物がすぐ届くサービス"を実現してきました。
そのサービスを支える重要なチームの1つEFチームでは外部の物流パートナーの協力のもと、自社の物流拠点にはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大を追求し、お客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。急激な成長により、現在 全国にある外部倉庫は90を超えています。
当ポジションは、3PLパートナー様に運営頂いている、この外部倉庫の管理をして頂くお仕事です。
当ポジションを通じて、物流倉庫における入出荷業務、在庫管理を通して、物流の仕組みやマネージメントを学ぶことができますまた、マネージャーへのキャリアアップや社内公募による他部署への異動のチャンスもあります
Key job responsibilities
マネージャーのサポートのもと、以下の業務を行って頂きます。
・入出荷予測に基づいた3PL様との入出荷量調整業務
・入出荷業務に関わる計画作成
・入出荷に係る各種事務作業及び内部システム設定処置
・3PL様のパフォーマンス把握、日々の進捗管理と改善項目のご提案
・安全・品質・作業効率の向上に向けたプロジェクトの立案或いは推進
・業務標準化の推進(例. マニュアルの作成、トレーニングプログラムの開発、新システムの導入に伴うサポート対応など)
A day in the life
9:00 ~ 9:30 : 前日の実績分析
9:30 ~ 10:30 : チーム内での実績確認
10:30 ~ 11:00 : 関連内部部署との調整
11:00 ~ 12:00 : 3PL様のパフォーマンス管理と改善策立案
13:00 ~ 14:00 : 内部設定の調整業務
14:00 ~ 15:30 : 3PL様との調整
15:30 ~ 17:00 : 今後の改善策立案、チーム内打ち合わせ
17:00 ~ 18:00 : 3PL様との調整業務集約・設定業務
■働き方■
・勤務形態:1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。
・勤務時間:1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。
・休日:年間120日(月10日間)
※原則、日勤のみのシフトとなります。(例)18:00-17:00 29:00-18:00)
※繁忙期(3~4月/9~10月)には、月に10日間程度の出張が発生する場合があります。

・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(議論、読み書き、電話応対)・定量的なデータ分析を行い、進捗管理・改善を進めた経験

・物流または製造業での経験
・小売りや営業職などの折衝経験
・ピープルマネージメント経験

【給与情報】 月額基本給 300,000 円以上(年俸を12分割支給) 時間外労働手当、深夜勤務手当、法定休日勤務手当分は労働時間に応じて支給される。 ※能力、資格、経歴、経験等を考慮し、面接後に最終決定
