EFチームは、Amazonのお客様が注文した商品の注文処理・配送業務を自社の物流拠点(FC、フルフィルメントセンター)ではなく、メーカー/ 卸売企業の倉庫内や協力会社(以下3PL)の運営する倉庫で行うExternal Fulfillment(外部サイトから顧客への直接出荷)のサービスを拡張することによって、コスト削減、配送スピードの向上、セレクションの拡充、そしてお客様の満足度の向上に貢献しています。
このポジションでは、アマゾンの出荷・在庫能力の一翼を担うEF拠点の運営管理・改善、ピープルマネジメントを通じたメンバー育成が主要な業務になります。マネージャーとして多様なメンバーが能力を発揮できる組織の仕組み作りやカルチャーの醸成を推進いただける方を求めています。
【業務内容】
1.外部委託するオペレーションの標準化を行い、管理指標に基づいた安全な職場環境作り、品質管理、在庫・出荷計画の遂行に責任を持ちます。
2. プロジェクトメンバーとして社内外の取り組みに参加します。案件によっては、プロジェクトオーナーとして広く部門・チーム横断的な取り組みをリードします。
3. マネージャーとしてチームメンバーの育成に責任を持ちます。またチーム全体のDEI文化の醸成に向けた取り組みにも参加して頂きます。
年次、月次、週次で作成されたマスタープランに基づき、達成するべき要件(安全、品質、入荷・出荷の能力、在庫キャパシティ、コスト)毎に個別計画を明確にし、3PL各社のオペレーションが円滑に遂行されることに責任を負います。
また日々のオペレーションを管理するだけでなく、新しいサービスやプログラムの導入、新規拠点の立ち上げなど、3PL各社との調整のみならず、広く社内の他部門(リテールビジネス、セラービジネス、配送オペレーション、ファイナンス、リーガル、人事など)ともコミュニケーションを取り、プロジェクトの立上げから管理運営を行います。

この仕事の最も重要なポイントは、迅速に変化に対応しリードしていく事にあります。EFチームは、3PL各社との協業により、自社の物流拠点(FC)では対応が難しい新しいビジネスや商材にも高い柔軟性をもって取り組み、またスピーディにEF拠点を立ち上げることでAmazonのビジネスの成長戦略を支え、お客様の満足度の向上に貢献しています。

【働き方について】
勤務時間は、原則、9:00~18:00で、月1-2日土日勤務あり(代休取得)
週に1〜2日程度の自宅勤務が可能です。プロジェクト対応や現場確認など業務上の必要性から出張もありますが、メリハリをつけて業務に取り組める環境です。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験- パソコンスキル初級(四則演算ができるレベル)
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語のスキル
- 管理職経験
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 業界を問わず、スタッフの指導やチームリーダの経験がある方 (5年以上の業務経験)- 製造、流通分野における3年以上のマネジメント経験
- 15人程度のマネジメント経験 (勤怠、パフォーマンスマネジメントを含む)
- 数値、指標で管理した業務の改善経験
- 製造業や物流業のサプライチェーン分野での業務改善や効率化、IT導入の経験
- 業務フローや業務ルールの見直しなどの経験 エンジニアリング、オペレーションに関する学位
- インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
