ポジション概要
グローバルBusiness Continuity & Crisis Management(事業継続・危機管理)リードに直属するこのポジションは、アジア太平洋地域のQVCマーケットと一部の事業分野をグローバルにサポートする事業継続(BCP)プログラムにおいてリーダーシップを発揮しながら、戦略的方向性を示し管理します。 日本を拠点にアジア太平洋BCPプログラムを統括するポジションです。
このポジションの主な焦点は、グローバル事業継続・危機管理リードの指揮の下、重要なビジネスプロセスを特定し、関連するリスクに優先順位を付け、ビジネスへのリスクを軽減し、事業活動の中断を最小限に抑えるための計画と準備戦略を開発するBC APACプログラムを管理することです。
このポジションは、ビジネス全体および外部の主なステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、達成可能な事業継続性、危機管理、緊急事態管理のマイルストーンが時間どおりに確立、伝達、達成され、適切な技術を持つリソースが適用され、関連するプランの計画、トレーニング、テスト、実際の実行が確実に行われるようにします。
事業継続
このポジションの事業継続の部分には、事業の中断や災害からの復旧を支援する強靭な事業継続機能の開発において、QRG BCフレームワークに従って各地域の事業継続担当者(事業継続オーナーおよび事業継続チャンピオン)をサポートすることが含まれます。
BCチャンピオンおよびオーナーと協力して、ビジネスインパクト分析、復旧戦略、事業継続計画を策定します。トレーニングとテストのアクティビティを予定、実施します。
・シニアリーダーが各地域の担当者を特定できるようにし、各地域の担当者がその役割を理解し、各自職責を果たすべく適切なトレーニングと演習を確実に受けられるよう取り計らいます。
ステークホルダーのトレーニング、演習、テスト、および意識向上活動を促進します。
各地域の担当者(BCオーナーおよびチャンピオン)と協力して、プログラムのギャップを特定し、グローバルBC/CMチームと各地域のシニアリーダーおよびグローバルリーダーのこれらのギャップに関する認識を高めます。
危機・インシデント管理
このポジションの危機管理の部分には、アジア太平洋地域と一部事業分野におけるグローバル危機・インシデント管理プロセスの展開が含まれます。地域のインシデント・危機チームと緊密に連携して、適切なインシデント管理、危機管理、またその他の関連計画(台風計画、地震計画等)を策定、維持します。
インシデントへの対応力の維持をサポートするための継続的な調整、トレーニング、演習活動を提供します。
実際の事象(インシデント、危機等)の管理をサポートします。24時間365日、適切なインシデント・危機管理チームと連携して、インシデント管理・危機管理計画の有効化を促進します。
シニアリーダーと緊密に連携し、インシデント・危機管理の原則の関与を促し、意識を高めながら、組織的な対応力を確保します。
その他
必要に応じ、グローバルBC/CMプログラムの開発と実施にグローバルに貢献します(BCソフトウェア、パンデミックプランニング等)
BC/CM意識向上プログラムの実施を通じて、BC/CM意識向上に対する責任、また各自の職責について、従業員、運用ビジネスチーム、マネジメント陣を教育します。イントラネットサイトのメンテナンスをサポートします。
