A day in the life
平均的な一日の業務の流れは以下の通りです.
- 週次のビジネスレビューに出席し,ステータスのアップデートを行う
- データを分析して,課題を定量的にまとめて,Stakeholderと共有する
- 実際のOperationの現場に行って課題の確認とソリューションの提案
- 実行をする
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Chiba, 27, JPN
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Experience in complex problem solving, root cause analysis in a business environment Intermediate or advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel, knowledge in SQL
- Business level Japanese
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
- Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight)
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Business Level English
