A day in the life
平均的な一日の業務の流れは以下の通りです。
- 週次のビジネスレビューに出席し、ステータスのアップデートを行う
‐ データを分析して、課題を定量的にまとめて、Stakeholderと共有する
- 実際のOperationの現場に行って課題の確認とソリューションの提案・実行をする
- 提案をまとめてドキュメントを作成する

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
・2+ years of driving process improvements experience・Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
・Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
・Experience in complex problem solving, root cause analysis in a business environment Intermediate or advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel, knowledge in SQL
・Business level Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
・Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques・Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight)
・Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
・Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
・Business Level English
