【具体的な仕事内容】
『飯と酒 Toritoco』での、
ホール・キッチン業務のほか、店舗運営・売上管理・メニュー企画など幅広くお任せします。
\業務一例/
- ご来店対応・オーダー・配膳などのホール業務
- 食事と合うお酒などのご提案(知識は入社後でOK)
- 料理の調理補助・盛り付け
- 売上管理・スタッフのシフト調整
- 季節メニューやSNS投稿企画 など

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
【14:00~0:00の中で予約状況や込み具合で前後あり】
※平日営業時間16:30〜23:00
※土日祝営業時間:14:00~23:00
※基本実働8H

- 月6~8日休み(シフト制)

給与詳細
基本給:月給 30万5000円 〜
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※交通費支給:月額2.5万円迄

- Cさんの場合(年収456万円(月給38万円×12ヶ月)/35歳 店長 経験3年)
