Job description:

JOB PURPOSE
Field Retail Trainerは、主に当社店舗での実践的な接客指導を通じて、店舗チームの能力を開発・強化し、顧客体験の向上と売上最大化をサポートする役割です。
Miu Miu Retail Training Teamの一員として、Retail Trainerにレポート・連携しながら、店舗スタッフを観察、店舗に密着したサポート・トレーニングを提供しながら、ブランドアイデンティティを現場に浸透させる中核を担っていただきます。顧客にとって一貫性のある体験の提供と、チームパフォーマンスの向上を推進する重要なポジションです。

RESPONSIBILITIES
現場指導
ストアビジットを通じ、店舗チームへリアルタイムのコーチング・フィードバック提供
店舗状況の観察とトレーニング機会の特定
フォローアップコーチングによるBefore/Afterの測定
新規スタッフのオンボーディング支援
トレーニングのサポート・調整
インクラストレーニングセッションの支援(セールステクニック、プロダクト等)
トレーニングパフォーマンス分析や事務サポート
Retail Trainerとの情報共有、改善提案

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

店舗での販売経験(3年以上)
店舗スタッフへのコーチングまたは育成経験(3年以上)
高度なコミュニケーション能力(店舗チームとの関係構築力、コーチング能力)
