■仕事の内容 アパマンショップの店舗にてお客様のお部屋探しのお手伝いを行うお仕事です。お問い合わせのあったお客様やご来店いただいたお客様へのご紹介が主な業務であるため100%反響営業、インセンティブ制度があります。 ・お客様へのお部屋のご紹介(100%反響営業です) ・物件へのご案内 ・仲介会社との折衷 ・契約手続き ・物件のオーナー様へ物件の管理のご提案等 ご希望にあった物件をご提案し、物件へのご案内から契約までをお任せします。主に新たな期を迎える1~3月が繁忙期となり、多くのお客様の人生の岐路に携わることができるやりがいのあるお仕事です。
■必要な能力・経験 未経験・第二新卒歓迎
■必須 普通自動車免許
■環境 役員と一般社員の距離も近く、風通しの良い社風です。また中途入社者も多く、様々なバックグラウンドを持つ社員が在籍しているため、刺激・成長機会も多い環境です。
