Job purpose
In line with the AZKK business and IT strategy/objectives, the role holder will

• Maximize the business value of global and local initiatives, planning and proposing solutions that meet business needs, ensuring effective alignment of IT investment to fulfill the business requirements, achieve sustainable operations through effective management of IT resources as a BRM (Business Relationship Manager).

• Develop key relationships within their business area to build an in-depth understanding of priorities, gaining early insight into changing needs to ensure customers gain appropriate value from IT services, capabilities and innovations. The role will drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage.

• Serve as focal point for the business area for all IT needs, partnering to understand and anticipate strategic, market and/or operational needs, and translate those needs into effective and/or improved processes and/or technical solutions in collaboration with the associated IT department/groups.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maximize the business value through ensuring effective alignment of IT resources and sustainable operations, and managing key projects working Bus and COMEX as well as IT ( Global Innovation, Commercial IT ).
▻ Build strong relationships with stakeholder groups, developing a deep understanding of the short-term and long-term business direction.
▻ Accountable for the domain architecture and design of comprehensive set of IT solutions under the AZ standard IT infrastructure that meet business requirements aligned to the AstraZeneca's Enterprise Architecture.
▻ Lead IT planning process, ensuring sound business cases, analyzing key business requirements and informational needs that support, improve and/or transform business operations and strategy.
▻ Initiate, lead, and support IT projects and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs.
▻ Manage and coordinate the project/program budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards.
▻ Ensure that project team adheres to all standards under the AZ global IT Policies/Guidelines including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices.
▻ Develop service transition plans to ensure project delivered solutions are sustainable under the operations environment, including controlled hand-over into operational support responsible.
▻ Work with AZ global IT teams and preferred third party suppliers to provide strategic and innovative technology solutions aligned with AZ global standards as well as regulatory requirements.
▻ Advising business stakeholders of best practices in digital and new technology adoption.
▻ Establish a relationship of trust with BUs and build a strong cooperative relationship
▻ Build strong strategic partnerships with the customer groups and senior stakeholders to identify the accurate customer forecasting, demand planning and effective delivery of the IT solutions.
▻ Develop and maintain the customer account plan, including accurate customer forecasting, demand planning and effective delivery of the plan
▻ Develop and maintain performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
▻ Present and gain commitment to IT initiatives, using specialist knowledge to gain commitment to established or new IT services
▻ Work collaboratively with:
▻ IT Strategy, Planning & Innovation, Architecture, Portfolio Management and Project/Program Management functions to agree the future shape of proposed solutions and manage business expectations of outcomes
▻ Business representatives and IT to conducting high-level investigations on requirements specifications and feasibility studies to advise on practicability of alternatives marrying up technical limitations with operational realities
▻ Other customer area Business Relationship Managers to create alignment and identify cross-business innovative opportunities
▻ Portfolio Managers and solution delivery leads to initiate projects, clearly define scope and monitor the delivery of project value compared to the promised benefits
▻ Customer Service function to ensure the IT services plans are established for the customer group and are operating effectively

【経験 / Experience】


• Graduate degree and relevant work experience in computer science or similar.

• 10 years+ experience in a similar or related role with a proven track record of delivering results and making the connections between technology and business benefit/value.

• Proven experience of IT project Lead, Deployment, Operation & Maintenance relevant to Sales / Commercial and Medical departments of the global companies

• Deploying a variety of business analysis techniques to enable business change, or complex systems integration.

• Experience of business demand intake, selection solution, implementing the solution and run the platform with continuous Kaizen.

• Project management experience with internal IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.


• Experience with other cloud-based services
