主な事業内容は、小型SAR衛星と関連システムの開発・製造・打上を通じた衛星コンステレーションの運用と、その取得データの販売、そしてデータ解析ソリューションの開発・販売です。

It constructs and operates a constellation through the development and operation of small SAR satellites, generating and providing data. Using proprietary data analysis capabilities, Synspective offers data-driven solutions to various global challenges. Roles and Responsibility

【部門・ユニット】 管理部は本社、工場、海外支店に勤務される、多様なバックグラウンドをもつ従業員を横断して支えている部門です。

各ユニット、IPOの準備や支店設立など協力して行っています。

人数構成は、管理部全体で20名、その中のセキュリティ&ITユニットは3名です。社員数増加に伴い、本社にて情報システムの運用サポートを行ってくれる方を探しています。

【担当業務】 情報システムの運用サポート

【具体的には】

• 問合せ対応、分析
• アカウント、機器管理
• 従業員の入退社対応
• クラウドサービスの検討、導入(スキルに応じて調整可能)
• マニュアル、手順書の作成

対象システム:

クラウドサービス(グループウェア、コミュニケーションツール)、一部オンプレシステム(ネットワーク機器等)、従業員PC/周辺機器

• English Department/Unit Overview: The Administration Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds working across the head office, factories, and overseas branches. Each unit collaborates on tasks such as IPO preparations and branch establishment. The department consists of 20 members in total, with the Security & IT Unit comprising three members. With an increase in the number of employees, we are looking for someone to provide operational support for information systems at the head office. Responsibilities: Supporting the operation of information systems, including:
  • Handling inquiries and analysis
  • Account and device management
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Considering and implementing cloud services (adjustable based on skills)
  • Creating manuals and procedures
  Target Systems: Cloud services (groupware, communication tools), some on-premise systems (network equipment, etc.), employee PCs/peripherals Scope of Changes in the Long Term: Within the Administration Department Attractions of the Job:
  • The workload is approximately 8 hours per day (minimum of 4 hours also acceptable), with flexible adjustments (part-time, specified weekday attendance, primarily onsite support).

Minimum Requirements

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
• Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

Hours: Flextime system

• Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
• 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
• 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

Probation: 3 months
