小型SAR衛星の開発・運用からコンステレーションを構築しデータを生成し提供しています。また独自のデータ解析能力を用いて世界が抱える様々な課題に対して、データに基づいたソリューションを提供しています。

主な事業内容は、小型SAR衛星と関連システムの開発・製造・打上を通じた衛星コンステレーションの運用と、その取得データの販売、そしてデータ解析ソリューションの開発・販売です。

  • English here The company is a solution provider with its own SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite constellation. It constructs and operates a constellation through the development and operation of small SAR satellites, generating and providing data. Using proprietary data analysis capabilities, Synspective offers data-driven solutions to various global challenges. The main business activities include the operation of a satellite constellation through the development, manufacturing, and launch of small SAR satellites and related systems. This encompasses the sale of acquired data and the development and sale of data analysis solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

【部門・ユニット】

ソリューション開発部は衛星画像(SAR、光学)を用いたデータ解析や、ソリューションサービスを開発する部門です。

人数構成は、部門全体で26名。その中のGEOINTエンジニアリングユニットは4名です。ビジネス拡大に伴い、一緒にSARデータの分析を行ってくれる方を探しています。

【担当業務】

自社衛星データソリューションのうち、災害監視・安全保障向けソリューションにおけるデータ分析、サービス開発サポートおよび運用の役割をお任せします。

  • 顧客ニーズに基づいたソリューションサービスに関する企画、提案
  • ソリューションサービスの運用
  • データ分析手法および処理ツールの検討、評価、要件定義
  • 衛星データ生産チームと連携した、自社衛星データおよび分析品質管理

  • English 【Department/Unit】 The Solution Development Department is responsible for data analysis using satellite imagery (SAR, optical) and developing solution services. The department consists of 26 members in total. Within it, the GEOINT Engineering Unit comprises four members. With the expansion of our business, we are seeking individuals who can perform SAR data analysis together. 【Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for data analysis, service development support, and operation of solutions for disaster monitoring and security solutions among our in-house satellite data solutions. 【Specific Tasks】
    • Planning and proposing solution services based on customer needs
    • Operation of solution services
    • Evaluation and requirement definition of data analysis methods and processing tools
    • Coordination with the satellite data production team for in-house satellite data and analysis quality management

Minimum Requirements

  • 衛星画像の判読経験

    • Experience in interpreting satellite imagery
    • Interest in the field of security and defense

【Range of Location Changes】

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
  • Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

Hours: Flextime system

  • Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
  • 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
  • 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

Probation: 3 months
