国内大手金融機関における次世代端末ソリューションの導入実績を生かし、ゼロトラストセキュリティやインターネットブレイクアウト、VDI(仮想デスクトップ)などの先進技術を活用した端末ソリューションを、銀行・保険会社をはじめとする金融業界全体へと展開していくために組成された組織となります。顧客へのソリューション提案と導入を適切に行うために組織拡大を目指しています。

・地銀,保険会社等に向けた、最適な端末環境をご提案し、導入を実施

・クラウドサービス(AWS、Azure、M365)、Windows、Linux、ネットワーク機器(FW、負荷分散装置等)、日立ミドルウェア製品等

【募集背景】

・当部では国内大手金融機関における次世代端末ソリューションの導入実績がありノウハウを持っています。

ゼロトラストセキュリティやインターネットブレイクアウト、VDI(仮想デスクトップ)といった次世代端末ソリューションは今後も広がりをみせる事業領域となります。

特に地方銀行、保険会社、カード会社等はこれからの導入が見込まれ、各社への提案活動を実施しており、また組織拡大に向けて提案から導入まで対応が可能な方を募集します。

・端末(FAT,VDI)、セキュリティ関連の知識・経験があり、ゆくゆくは提案〜案件推進を担って頂く方を募集しております。

【職務概要】

チームの一員として、またはリーダ/サブリーダの立場で、提案活動及び設計・開発・運用などの案件推進を担って頂きます。

また、ゆくゆくは社内外の関係者(顧客を含む)との交渉・調整業務にも従事して頂きます。

【職務詳細】

■入社後にお任せする業務

・受注後のシステム開発/設計の推進

各プロジェクトに参加いただきながらまずは顧客との関わり方や業務フローを理解いただきながら設計・開発に従事していただきます。

担当業務の推進に付随してチーム内(小規模)の品質、コスト、スケジュールの計画、実行、管理の推進などもお任せをいたします。

・顧客、営業、品質管理、製品部門と連携

■ゆくゆくお任せする業務

・各種プレ受注活動

顧客ニーズを踏まえた提案書の作成、各種見積り、社内関連部署と連携した技術的フィジビリティの調査をいたします。

【働く環境】

1.配属組織/チーム:パートナー会社メンバ含めて約100名のチーム。(年齢層は20台前半〜50台で幅広くいます)

2.働き方:在宅勤務などリモートワークにも対応していますが、基本的にはオフィスでの勤務が中心となります。

応募資格
【必須条件】

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・オープン系システム(Winodws,UNIX系等)、端末関連(FAT,VDI等)のSE経験(基盤開発経験)のある方

・ネットワーク設計(ルータ、FW、ロードバランサ等)、インターネットセキュリティ関連、SIEM等のセキュリティ監視基盤に関する知識や業務経験のある方

・Intune等の端末管理ツール、M365等のコミュニケーション・コラボレーション環境の設計・運用経験がある方

【歓迎条件】

・金融機関向けのシステム開発経験がある方。

・日立ミドルウェア製品(JP1シリーズ等)を使ってシステム開発をしたことがある方。

・セキュリティコンサルティング業務経験のある方

・リーダやサブリーダとしてチームの取り纏めの経験がある方。

【給与】

■月給:463,000〜605,000円

■年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
