募集の背景 ー "売る"だけじゃない。"産業を変える提案"をあなたの手で。ー 私たちが提供するSaaS「ニトエル」は、大手製造業の調達部門に変革をもたらすプロダクトです。 製造業は依然として日本の根幹を支える重要な産業ですが、調達領域では未だにアナログで属人的な業務フローが多く、「DXが進みにくいラストフロンティア」とも言われています。 だからこそ、私たちは新しいスタンダードとなるプロダクト「ニトエル」を通じて調達業務を自動化・可視化することで、原価低減や意思決定のスピードアップ、戦略的購買の実現といった、本質的な価値を提供しています。 現在、複数の大手企業から高い関心をいただいており、製品としての確かな手応えと拡大フェーズの入り口に立っています。 単なる業務改善ではなく、「産業構造そのものを変える」ほどのインパクトを持つこのプロダクトの成長フェーズで、"売る"というより"企業変革を支援する"セールスに挑みたい方を募集します。 業界を深く理解し、顧客の課題に寄り添いながら、単なるプロダクト営業を超えた提案に取り組めるダイナミックな環境です。 社会的意義のある商材を、自信を持って届けたいそんな想いを持つあなたをお待ちしています。 ポジション概要 市場開拓やリード創出から、導入の決め手となる提案、クライアントの長期的な成功体験に向けての伴走までワンストップでお任せします。 開発担当と連携しつつ、ヒアリング内容をもとに仮説を深め、必要に応じて課題の再定義を行います。導入の意義をクライアントに納得いただける提案ストーリーを構築する力、加えて導入後の改善プロセスを具体的にイメージいただける高い提案力が求められます。 主な業務内容 ・組織と個人の両面から課題を捉え、戦略的かつ本質的なソリューション提案 ・顧客企業の組織構造や意思決定フローを可視化し、効果的なアプローチ設計支援 ・経営層から現場責任者まで、各ステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、影響力のある関係性の構築 ・社内の意思決定プロセスを踏まえた合意形成をリードし、スムーズな導入の実現 ・表層的なニーズの背後にある本質課題や潜在インサイトを見抜き、提案の精度と価値の最大化 ・顧客との中長期的な関係性の中で、クロスセル・アップセルの機会を創出 ・サービス導入後の活用・定着フェーズまで伴走し、継続的な成果創出を支援

必須スキル


・エンタープライズ市場における営業活動に従事し、複雑な商談を推進した経験、または複数のステークホルダーが関与する大型案件をマネジメントした実績(5年以上) ・複雑なビジネス課題を構造化し、柔軟な発想で戦略を立て効果的なソリューションへ繋げた経験 ・組織内の意思決定フローの的確なマッピング・キーパーソン特定から合意形成を推進するスキル ・傾聴・共感を通じて信頼関係を構築し、効果的なプレゼンテーションおよび対人関係スキルを駆使して、顧客との強固なパートナーシップを築く能力 ・社内のプロジェクトマネージャーやエンジニアと連携し、チームを巻き込みながら目標達成に導いた経験

応募概要


給与

年収 万円(応相談/経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定) ・固定残業手当を含みます(月45時間分/超過額は別途支給します) ・その他労働基準法に基づき、深夜割増賃金、休日割増賃金を支給します

勤務地

本社もしくはリモートワーク - <本社>東京都豊島区南池袋1丁目16番20号 - 任意参加で、オフラインでメンバーが集まる機会も設けています 【補足事項】 ※こちらのポジションについては、展示会・クライアントや経営陣とのMTGなどイベントの頻度が多いため、日本国内在住かつ、必要に応じて出社・出張が可能な方の応募に限らせていただきます。

勤務体系

勤務時間 ・フレックスタイム制 ・始業及び終業の時刻は各自の裁量にお任せしています(9:00頃から18:00頃を中心に稼働するメンバーが多いです) - 1日の標準労働時間:8時間(週の所定労働時間:40時間) - フレキシブルタイム(始業:8:00〜12:00/終業:16:00~22:00) - コアタイム:12:00〜16:00 - 休憩時間:1勤務日あたり労働時間の途中で60分間(時間指定なし) 休日・休暇 ・休日:完全週休2日制(土曜日・日曜日)、祝日 ・休暇:年次有給休暇、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児休業、介護休暇ほか
