業務内容

まちやど「hanare」では、接客・非接客問わず、お客様のご滞在に関わる全ての業務をコンシェルジュが担当しています。

予約管理、メール、電話対応、客室含め施設内の清掃・セットアップ、まち歩きツアーなど、ご宿泊者様に携わる多くのサービスを実践する事ができます。

またhanareのレセプションは「最小文化複合施設 HAGISO」2階にある為、日々多くの文化、歴史、仲間と共に業務に携わっていただきます。

客室清掃のみのお仕事をしてみたい方も大募集です

アピールポイント:

「hanare」は大きなホテルとは対照的な、とても小さな宿です。

日々の客室清掃をはじめ、まち歩きツアー、チェックイン対応、ゲストからのメールや電話対応まで、部門を設けず、スタッフ全員でさまざまな業務を協力しながら行っています。

小規模ではありますが、全6部屋あるため、日によっては目が回るほど忙しいです。

重いスーツケースを運ぶなど、体力を使う場面も実は多いです。

またチェックインは1組に15分~30分ほどかける、とてもパーソナルなスタイルをとっている為、ゲストとのコミュニケーションには、日本語に加えて日常会話レベル以上の英語力も必要です。

勤務時間・曜日:

11:00-20:00の中でシフト制

①11:00-15:00 清掃スタッフ

②11:00-20:00 清掃+フロントスタッフ

(※8時間以上勤務1時間の休憩あり。賄い付き。)

※15時半~20時がチェックインの時間の為、15時までは基本的に客室清掃のお仕事となります。
