職務概要

ハウスキーピング・スーパーバイザーは、ハウスキーピングチームの日常業務をサポートし、客室および館内全体の清潔さと品質基準が常に維持されるよう管理します。チームメンバーの指導・育成を行いながら、安全で効率的、かつゲスト満足度の高いオペレーションを支えていただきます。

主な業務内容
  • ハウスキーピングチームの業務をサポートし、日々の清掃・整理整頓が円滑に行われるよう管理
  • 新人スタッフの指導および既存チームメンバーへのフォローアップを行い、業務遂行能力の向上を促進
  • 外部業者との連携をサポートし、効率的で安定した業務運営を支援
  • 法令、社内規定、安全基準を遵守し、チーム全体の安全意識向上を推進
  • ゲストからのリクエストや軽微な苦情に対応し、迅速かつ丁寧なサービスを提供
  • 客室、パブリックエリア、各種設備の清潔さおよび品質基準を維持・管理
  • 在庫管理をサポートし、清掃用品・リネン類の適切な使用および補充を監督
  • 繁忙期や特別イベント時における業務調整およびチームサポートを行い、生産性を維持
応募資格・経験
  • ホテルまたは関連業界におけるハウスキーピグ業務の経験
  • チームをまとめ、現場をサポートできるリーダーシップ
  • 基本的な安全・衛生基準に関する理解
  • ゲスト対応に必要なコミュニケーション能力
  • 忙しい環境でも柔軟に対応できる方
  • サービス向上に前向きに取り組める方

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and quality standards. This role focuses on team supervision, training, safety compliance, and delivering prompt, courteous service to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleaning and organization tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and follow-up to improve performance
  • Assist in coordinating with external contractors to support smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and minor complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
  • Support inventory management, overseeing the proper use and replenishment of cleaning supplies and linens
  • Assist with workload coordination and team support during peak periods and special events to maintain productivity
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel or related environment
  • Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
