地域に愛される不動産店でのルームアドバイザーのお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

ご入居前業務:Web・電話でのお問い合わせ対応、お部屋のご希望ヒアリング、ご来店いただいたお客様への接客、社用車でのお部屋案内、審査・ご契約手続き、物件の写真撮影

ご入居後業務:当社管理物件の巡回、入居者様からのお問い合わせ対応、共用部分の電球交換・簡単なメンテナンス、退去時の立ち会い

◎取扱物件:マンション・アパートなど

◎担当エリア:地元西千葉を中心に、千葉~稲毛エリア(車で30分圏内)

◎お客様層:国立大学の大学生7割、ファミリー2割、社会人1割

【1日のスケジュール例】

・08:45 出勤・店内清掃

・08:55 朝礼・ミーティング

・09:00 AM業務開始(メールチェック、反響応対、接客応対、現地案内、契約手続き、電話応対、管理対応、物件巡回)

・12:00 昼休憩(交替制)

・13:00 PM業務再開(物件写真撮影、電話・メール応対、契約書類入力作成、管理システム入力)

・17:00 店舗営業終了

・17:55 夕礼・ミーティング

・18:00 終業・帰宅
