職務目的(Job Purpose)
傷害・医療保険を担当するアンダーライター(引受業務担当者)の実務リーダーとして、様々なマーケットの個別契約、アカウントに対して、引受・継続の判断を行うだけでなく、お客様ニーズと収益確保を両立させるべく最適な保険提案を実施する。
また、商品開発・改定の際には引受規定、ガイドラインの策定を主体となって行い、適切なリスクの保険契約の獲得や継続を行い、保険収益を確保し、契約者に還元できるようにする。具体的には主には以下の項目を担う。
個々の保険引受リスクを評価し、傷害・医療保険ビジネス全体が収益を伴った成長を実現できるアンダーライティング施策の立案と実行
傷害・医療保険全体および特定領域(マーケット、個別商品、営業エリア、販売チャネルなど)において、ポートフォリオ管理に基づき収益性確保を実現するアンダーライティング施策の企画立案と実行
上記を実現するための引受権限体系の構築、運用および管理
所属部署をよりよくするための各種提言、部門横断的なProjectへの参画、実務リード

引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、最適な保険提案
再保険スキームの企画および実行、管理
営業部支店や他部門からのアンダーライティングに関する照会対応
所属課のジュニアアンダーライター、およびPU(プロダクションアンダーライター)、営業社員、代理店の引受判断スキル向上のためのトレーニング資料の作成、トレーニングの実践
保有契約の事故実績の分析、レポーティング
契約継続判断を行うための、データ収集、分析業務

事象と背景を明確に端的に説明できるスキル
スキルの浅い部下、チームメンバーへの指導育成
関係部署を巻き込んで交渉・調整のリードをした経験
ExcelやPower Point(マクロ、Accessが出来れば望ましい)
英語(読む、書くレベル。TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい)
プロジェクトマネジメントもしくはタスクのリード経験

【業務経験】
損害保険会社または生命保険会社で傷害・医療保険、新種保険に関する商品部門、アンダーライティング部門、損害サービス部門、保険金支払部門等で3年以上の業務経験もしくは本社業務経験
