【仕事内容】
「スタートアップ投資(VB)【マネージャー・裁量大】」のポジションの求人です
■投資銀行業務を担当するチームの一員として、主にVB投資業務を中心に、PE投資等の投資業務全般およびハンズオンによる経営支援を通じた投資先企業のバリューアップ業務を担当いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■投資候補先の発掘、デューデリジェンス、投資検討・実行、投資先の経営支援、出口戦略立案・実行
■投資先企業の経営戦略や事業計画、再生計画、再生スキームの立案、実行支援
■投資先企業の財務経理業務(資金調達、資金繰り管理、決算・会計処理等)の支援
■投資先企業のオペレーション・人事・システムなどのビジネスプロセスのリストラクチャリング支援
【ソーシング方法】
ピッチイベントへの参加、自身の人脈を活用した案件発掘が主なソーシング手法となります。

投資銀行本部‐PEファンド事業部6名
‐部長1名、担当者5名
※金融機関・コンサル会社などのキャリアの方がご入社されていらっしゃいます。
