仕事内容:

当社は企業向けに、リファレンスチェック・反社チェック・企業調査などの「リスク調査サービス」を提供しています。

法人営業職は、これらのサービスを お問い合わせ対応や既存顧客フォローを中心にご案内する業務 です。

新規飛び込み営業や無理なノルマはなく、

企業の人事・総務部門、経営者からのご相談に対して

課題に応じた調査プランをご提案します。

【主な業務内容】

・既存顧客/紹介/問い合わせへの反響営業対応

・リファレンスチェック、反社チェックなどの調査サービスの提案

・調査実施後の報告や説明対応

・お客様の課題に合わせた調査プランの企画・提案

・調査に関わる事務処理のサポート他

入社後は基礎研修とOJTで丁寧にフォローしますので、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,175〜¥78,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給270,000円~500,000円

【年収モデル】

・入社1年目:年収380万~450万円以上

・入社4年目(マネージャー/幹部候補):年収700万~1000万円以上
