<仕事内容>
太陽光発電所の土地開発業務
・弊社独自で取得した顧客情報先に郵送し、それに対しての反響訪問営業です
・殺風景な荒廃農地が、CO2を排出せずに電気を作る太陽光発電所に変わると
環境保全に貢献できている仕事を実感できます
・エコリードは、山林を伐採し山を切り開いたメガソーラーの開発は致しません
<顧客>
お客様は、荒廃農地を所有する離農業者で60才~70才の方々が殆どです
また、地域自治会を対象にアプローチしていきます
<内容詳細>
土地及び地域調査
特に農地の情報収取
アプローチ先へのお手紙の作成・発送
反響が有った顧客宅に訪問
アプローチ先への訪問挨拶・ご提案活動
地域自治会に対して説明会の開催や意見交換会の運営

その荒廃農地を私達が買取り、太陽光発電所として開発し、土地の有効活用を推進して参ります

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
8:30〜17:30(内 90 分休憩)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 25万円 〜 43万円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり2万9900円 〜 5万1400円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間 〜 15時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
