Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
CRMチームのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、タカミの顧客体験戦略を実現するために、あるべきシステムを検討し導入・最適化する重要な役割を担います。短期的な施策から中長期的な戦略まで、さまざまなプロジェクトをクロスファンクショナルなチームと協力しながら、タイムラインに沿って進行させます。また、現状のオペレーションを深く理解し、顧客体験の向上とビジネス目標の両立を実現する最適なソリューションを導き出します。
- システムの検討・導入: 顧客体験を最適化するための理想的なシステムを特定し、ビジネス戦略に沿った導入を実施する。
- プロジェクト管理: 短期的な施策と中長期的なプロジェクトを並行して進行させ、タイムラインと成果物を確実に達成する。
- クロスファンクショナルな連携: IT、マーケティング、その他の部門と密接に連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な実行とビジネス目標との整合性を確保する。
- グローバルな調整: Zoneやグローバルチーム、CDOチームと連携し、基準に沿ったプロジェクト統合を成功させる。
- 要件の収集と優先順位付け: ビジネスの優先順位を理解し、要件を収集して技術的およびビジネス的なニーズを満たす実行可能な計画に落とし込む。
- 現状のオペレーション理解: 現状のオペレーションを深く理解し、顧客体験の向上とビジネス目標の両立を実現する最適なソリューションを提案・実行する。
- 効果的なコミュニケーション: ITチームとマーケティングチームの橋渡し役として、明確で効果的なコミュニケーションを行い、プロジェクトの成功を促進する。

複数のプロジェクトを並行して進行させ、タスクの優先順位を適切に管理する能力
技術的およびビジネス的な要件を多様なステークホルダーに明確に伝える優れたコミュニケーションスキル
日本語および英語での流暢なコミュニケーション能力(スピーキング・ライティング)
