「連結決算・財務企画【東証プライム上場/リモート可/英語活用】」のポジションの求人です

【ミッション】

M&Aや事業成長により非線形に進化し続けるエムスリーグループの経営を支え、国内のみならずグローバルヘッドクォーターとして海外子会社の管理を統括します。経営の意思決定に資する情報提供と財務・経理分野に関わる施策立案及び実行をしていきます。

【業務内容】

まずはエムスリーグループの連結決算業務からご担当いただきます。

その後、開示業務、内部統制など担当業務の幅を広げていただきます。将来のキャリアパスとして、能力・スキル・ご経験によっては以下のような役割もあります。

■M&AにおけるDDから買収後の会計PMIまでの一連の企業結合実務への従事

■BEPSなどグループ・グローバルでの税務コントロールの実行

■グループ会社のCFO

【具体的な業務内容】

<連結業務>

■連結財務諸表(セグメント情報、キャッシュフロー計算書含む)の作成

■連結子会社の連結パッケージチェック及び作成

■連結子会社の指導及び体制整備

■連結子会社の予実管理

■経営への月次レポーティング

■監査法人との折衝

<開示作成業務>

■決算短信、四半期報告書・有価証券報告書の作成

<財務業務>

■M&AにおけるDDから買収後の会計PMI、PPA

■連結子会社(特に海外)のCash Management

■連結子会社(特に海外)の国際税務、BEPS対応

<内部統制業務>

■内部統制監査(J-sox)対応

【本ポジションの魅力】

月次での連結決算や予実管理、経営レポーティングというルーティンを行いながら、企業結合処理やグループ資金管理、国際税務対応等の経理業務だけではない幅広いファイナンス業務に携われます。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■上場企業、上場準備企業またはスタートアップ企業での決算業務経験(2年以上)

■海外子会社の経理指導ができるビジネスレベルの英語力

■日商簿記2級程度の経理知識

【歓迎要件】

■多数のグループ会社をもつ事業会社での連結決算経験

■IFRSによる決算実務経験

■公認会計士・税理士の資格保有者

■国際税務知識

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1200 万円
