勤務時間は9時から18時の日勤のみで、
オンコール対応はありません。
さらに月給29万円以上からスタート

営業活動やノルマは一切ありません。
ストレスなく介護業務に集中でき、
利用者一人ひとりと丁寧に向き合える環境です。
③直行直帰OKで時間を有効活用
訪問エリアは葛飾区・江戸川区・市川市周辺。
直行直帰が可能なため、移動負担を最小限に抑えられます。

勤務時間・曜日:
*日勤のみ 9:00~18:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)
※ケアプランに応じて勤務時間帯変動の可能性あり
(7:00~16:00など)
休暇・休日:
*週休2日シフト制(月8~9日)
毎月3日の希望休みが申請できます。
有給と組み合わせて、
連休の取得も柔軟にしていただけます。
※30日の月は月8日、31日の月は月9日休み
