土木施工管理および積算の実務経験を有する方を募集します。

建設会社での現場経験があり、提出書類の確認から施工状況の管理まで、一連の業務を遂行できる能力をお持ちの方を求めています。

必須要件は普通自動車運転免許で、土木学会2級土木技術者、技術士補などの資格があれば尚可です。

協調性があり、やる気のある方をお待ちしております。

業務遂行に当たっては、土木技術の専門的な知識と現場経験、法令・業務上の諸規則遵守、守秘義務の徹底、

および中立性・公平性をもって業務にあたることが要求されます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 8時30分~17時15分(休憩時間45分)

勤務曜日: 完全週休2日制(毎週土曜日、日曜日、祝日)

月平均時間外労働時間: 約20時間

・年末年始休暇

・年次有給休暇(6ヶ月経過後:10日)

基本給: 月額183,000円~240,000円

各種手当(月額):

・資格手当:2,000円~100,000円

・現場手当:30,000円~50,000円

・特別手当:25,000円~50,000円

・都市手当:10,000円~30,000円

・遠隔手当:10,000円~50,000円

・家族手当:配偶者5,000円、子3,000円

賞与: 年3回、計6.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)

試用期間: 3ヶ月(試用期間中も待遇に変動なし)
