公立の小学校・中学校を中心に、集団給食の調理業務委託を受託している当社。

東京都・千葉県・埼玉県・神奈川県の各現場にて、給食の調理をお任せします。おいしい給食づくりを通して地域貢献できるお仕事です

今回の募集は、葛飾区内にある福祉作業所で、利用者様に提供する昼食の調理を行っていただくお仕事となります。

正社員募集

正社員採用は、「調理師免許もしくは栄養士免許」が必須です。

必ずご確認のうえ、ご応募ください。

※上記の資格をお持ちでない方でも、飲食店や給食施設の調理実務経験を1年以上お持ちの方を対象に、"契約社員"採用の募集を行っております。

〈お仕事について〉

配属先のルールに沿って、

・食材の納品受け取りや検品

・下処理、切裁

・大量調理機器を使用した各種調理

・でき上がった食事の配膳

・食器や調理機器の洗浄、清掃

といった調理業務全般を、パートさんを含むスタッフ全員で協力して日々行います。

安全・安心な給食を提供するために、「衛生管理」は特に大事なポイント。

守っていただくルールも、外食業界と比べて多いとは思います。

でも入社後は、事前研修で基本的な知識の習得から始めていただきますので、ご安心ください

また、配属後はOJTで業務をお教えします。

仕事の流れや調理のコツなど、徐々に覚えていきましょう。

将来的には各現場のサブチーフ・チーフや、エリア管理職などキャリアアップが可能です

〈働きやすい環境〉

学校や施設のスケジュールに沿って業務があるので、夏休み中の長期休暇でリフレッシュできたり、土日祝日がお休みで年間休日125日以上、と働きやすい飲食のお仕事です

また、女性社員の割合は社員が50.4%、パートさんも含めると79%おり、男女ともに活躍できる環境です

応募資格・条件


既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 副業・WワークOK / 英語力不問

経験者のみ募集

・【必須資格】栄養士免許または調理師免許

・【優遇】学校や保育園の集団給食、大量調理現場の経験者優遇(ブランクがある方も大歓迎です)

※本業務は、調理師または栄養士の資格が必須です。

資格をお持ちでない方はご応募いただけませんので、条件をご確認の上、ご応募ください。

勤務地


葛飾区内の福祉作業所(水元そよかぜ園)

東京都葛飾区水元 最寄駅:京成線金町駅よりバス4番乗り場から「水元そよかぜ園前」1分)

当社規定の通勤時間範囲内で、配属先を決定いたします。

※本募集で採用する方は、原則として福祉作業所の給食部門内で配属します。

また、ご意向により、将来的に学校給食部門への異動も可能です。

※転居を伴う異動はございません

勤務時間


残業なし / 16時前までの仕事

07:00〜16:00

実働時間:8時間/日

実働時間:8時間/休憩60分

※勤務時間は、配属先により多少前後します

給与


月給 210,000円 ~ 300,000円 (※想定年収 2,520,000円 ~ 3,600,000円)

※固定残業代・裁量労働制なし

試用期間3か月あり(その他雇用条件に変更なし)

賞与あり(年2回)

交通費支給(社内規定による)
