お仕事内容


老人ホームにて、簡単な調理、盛り付け作業などをお任せいたします。

主な内容としては、

・調理

・温め

・盛り付け

となります。

普段の家庭の料理と違うのは、既にメニューや食材が決まってるということ。

なので、業務に複雑なことはありません。

スタッフさんに聞いてみると、

【調理スタッフの一日(例・早番)】

6:00 炊飯準備、朝食調理開始

7:00 盛付、配膳

8:00 朝食提供、食器具洗浄、片付け

9:00 食器洗浄・炊飯準備、昼食準備

10:00 昼食調理開始

11:00 昼食盛付、配膳

12:00 昼食提供、食器具洗浄、片付け

13:00 食器洗浄・おやつ準備

14:00 おやつ盛付、配膳

15:00 おやつ提供、食器具洗浄、片付け

勤務時間


勤務時間 6:00~20:00の間の8時間

<シフト例>

6:00~15:00/11:00~20:00

※1日の勤務時間が6時間を超える場合は45分以上、8時間を超える場合は1時間以上の休憩あり

  • 調理の実務経験が1年以上ある方
  • 無資格OK・調理師免許をお持ちの方優遇
  • ブランクありOK

学歴・年齢不問。

発注業務や管理はシステム化されているので覚えてしまえば難しいことはありません。

調理業務も家事のスキルを活かせるものばかりなのでご安心くださいね。

調理師、管理栄養士、栄養士の免許をお持ちの方や、学校給食などの調理経験者の方も大活躍中

勤務期間:

長期勤務できる方

即入社OK 入社後は先輩スタッフがサポートいたします。

すぐに勤務できない方は、1~2ヶ月後の勤務開始など
