高校新卒採用を支援する新規開拓営業

企業の"高校新卒採用"を、自社メディアやイベントを通じて支援する仕事です。

未経験でも、大手求人広告メディアで採用業界を創ってきた経営陣のもとで事業創造を学びながら、市場そのものを変えていく挑戦ができます。

■ 一日の流れ(目安)

午前:企業へ架電し、アポイント獲得

午後:1日数件の商談(オンライン/訪問)

夕方:社内MTG、提案資料作成、翌日のリストアップ

新規開拓営業ですが、

単なるテレアポ営業ではなく"価値提案型"のスタイルです。

OJTを担当するのは、

大手求人メディアをゼロから立ち上げた役員陣。

市場の読み方、戦略設計、事業の創り方まで、

経営視点を実践で学べます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※残業は月平均20時間以内です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥232,700以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,700(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■ 役職手当(月1万7000円~23万7500円)

■ 職務手当(月1万円~3万500円)
