Job Summary
The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources in ensuring the successful execution of HR functions.
This includes understanding and implementing company policies, leading the HR team professionally, and handling recruitment processes, performance appraisals, and employee relations activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Human Resources in carrying out HR tasks and missions
- Lead the HR team professionally and implement company policies
- Handle recruitment processes and performance appraisals
- Prepare monthly reports and execute employee relation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial level, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including talent management, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in HR software
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
