Job Purpose
The Sales Manager of the 3rd Section, Osaka Sales Department is responsible for managing and developing a team of 14 sales staff, as well as hiring and training new sales staff. The department also handles direct contracts with major companies.
Job Responsibilities
The 3rd Section, Osaka Sales Department is one of the largest departments in APC, with a diverse team of sales staff from various backgrounds, including PCA, CCA, and ICA experience, as well as those without prior experience. The department manages a significant number of corporate clients, and its mission includes defending against other insurance companies and expanding into non-AIG insurance.
The department also plays a key role in supporting the handover and inheritance of contracts under the MAA system (a three-party delegation system), as well as being a receiver of terminated contracts between AIG and its agents. To maintain and expand these contracts, the sales staff require thorough support and development.

Required Skills and Experiences
Education
High school diploma or higher
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Certifications/Licenses
Driver's license, knowledge of non-life insurance
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience as an agent handling PCA, ICA, and CCA business
Estimated Salary Range: ¥5,500,000 - ¥8,500,000 per year
