入国に必要な書類準備のサポート
日本での生活ルールのアドバイスや就業ルールの説明
日本に住むための行政手続きのサポート
インドネシア人材へ企業紹介や面談練習
定期的な面談と問題発生時の素早い対応
入社後も定着して働けるように就業上のアドバイスなど

外国人材を募集している企業と、外国人求職者をつなぐサービスGRASP(グラスプ)。このサービスは元々、30年以上にわたり外国人導入支援を行ってきた大東企業株式会社が、その知見を活かしてスタートした新事業です。

求める人材:
【必須】ネイティブのインドネシア語と日本語(JLPT N2相当以上)
【歓迎】第一種運転免許普通自動車

・普通自動車運転免許関して、入社から半年以内に取得できる方、又はインドネシアで2年以上運転経験があり、外面切替ができる方
勤務時間・曜日:
平日10時~19時(実働8時間/休憩60分)

給与:
月給25万円~30万円+各種手当+賞与年2回
交通費支給(上限3万円/月)
※前職、経験、能力を最大限考慮し、支給額を決定致します。
※試用期間3か月~
※時間外労働の有無に関わらず固定残業代、45時間分9万円~を含む(超過分は別途支給)
