仕事について


業務内容


「データのじかん」「情シスのじかん」「UpdataTV」「自治体向けメディア」など、既存メディア群の拡張・強化を推進するにあたり、当社の事業・サービスを裏付ける信頼性の高い調査・分析に基づくコンテンツ発信を担当いただきます。

さらに、動画やコミュニティ運営を通じた多面的な事業展開の構想・推進にも取り組んでいただきます。

私たちは、単なる情報発信にとどまらず、お客様・メディア読者・WARPパートナー(※)の皆さまと共に課題解決を進める「ドゥータンク型メディア」を目指しています。

その対外発信の"顔"となるリサーチャーとして、立ち上げから事業成長まで長期的にコミットしていただきたいと考えています。

<具体的な業務内容>

・ウイングアークの事業・サービスを裏付けとした調査・分析を起点に、読者価値と収益機会を設計した事業戦略を描く

・メディアの企画立案からパートナー開拓・スポンサー提案まで一気通貫でプロデュース

・ウェビナーやインタビュー動画などの動画コンテンツ企画・制作ディレクションを含むマルチチャネル展開の推進

・取材交渉・制作進行をリードし、広告・イベントなど多面的なマネタイズを設計

・配信チャネル最適化、SEO/CRM運用、KPI分析を通じたグロースを統括し、読者・お客様が集うコミュニティの設計・運営、セミナー登壇やSNS発信によるブランド拡大

募集背景


既存メディア群の拡張・強化に伴い人員の増強が必要となったため、今回の募集に至りました。

特に、メディアの元となる調査・分析・設計を自走して行える人材が不足しています。

職場環境

  • リモート頻度:

リモートワーク中心の働き方です。チャットツールやZoomを活用し、リモートでも円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる環境を整えています。

  • 居住地:

居住地は問いませんが、月に1〜2回程度の出張が発生する可能性があります。

必須要件


・外部ステークホルダーとの協働・折衝を伴う事業推進経験(目安:5年以上)

・メディア立ち上げ/企画・運営経験

・リサーチ業務・実績

歓迎要件


・シンクタンク、調査会社、コンサルティングファームでの提言業務経験

・情報発信・エヴァンジェリスト活動

・コミュニティ運営・イベント企画の実務経験

・新規事業の01立ち上げ経験

・昇給:年1回(4月)
・賞与:年2回(5月、11月)
※当社は年俸制を導入しており、月40時間分の固定残業代を含みます(超過分は別途支給)
・試用期間6カ月(条件は変わりなし)

勤務地

東京都港区六本木三丁目2番1号 六本木グランドタワー

居住地は問いませんが、月に1〜2回程度の出張が発生する可能性があります。

勤務時間

・標準勤務時間 9:00~18:00(休憩:12時から13時)
・マンスリーフレックス制度有り(※コアレス)

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、夏季・年末年始特別休暇、年次有給休暇(初年度10日)、慶弔休暇、出産育児休暇、バースデーホリデー(誕生日月に1日)、年間休日122日(2024年度実績)
