Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
Tangible experience in senior B2B sales, preferably within commercial real estate, flexible workspace, or a service-driven industry.
Ability to work directly with customers to map out product solutions and contract structures.
Experience of working within a global environment and matrix organisational structure.
Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close large deals regularly exceeding targets.
Track record in developing and converting said deals to large enterprises.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, operations, and support teams.
Highly self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

不動産仲介、コンサルタント、行政などの外部パートナーと連携し、新規ビジネス機会の獲得
業界イベントまたはネットワーキングへの参加等による、新規顧客の掘り起こし
継続的に利用が見込める大型法人顧客の獲得および関係構築
エリアによっては、顧客の更新交渉を担当する可能性もあり
Job Description
Develop, maintain, and report on a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Generate profitable new revenue through the acquisition of Enterprise Accounts, meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Collaborate with assigned third-party partners (corporate real estate advisors, agents, consultants, etc.) to uncover and convert new business opportunities.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts to understand client needs and position Regus solutions effectively.
Act as a brand ambassador for Regus by attending and speaking at industry events, hosting workshops, and increasing brand awareness among corporate occupiers.
Partner with Operations and Sales teams across regions to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery of tailored workspace solutions.Share customer insights and feedback to help improve service delivery and inform solution development.
Support strategic business development initiatives and contribute to broader company growth goals.
