地方自治団体や国交省などが発注する建設工事の、補償コンサルタントにまつわる業務をお願いします。

建設現場での作業ではありません。仕事場所は街の中や住宅街なので、年齢問わず活躍できます。

求めるのは明るく何事にも臆しない人柄。建設関連の知識はなくて大丈夫。

【家屋調査とは?】

工事が始まる前と終わった後に対象エリアの 一般家庭や商業施設を訪問し、工事の影響が出ていないか調査して報告書を作成する仕事です。

弊社では騒音振動調査や交通量調査なども請け負っており、中立公平な第三者機関としてたくさんの依頼をいただいてます。

自社開発ソフトでタブレットに直接指で図面を書いたり、報告書を自動作成したりと、IT化が急加速している大注目の業種です。

【きんそくって?】

きんそくグループは京都市に本社を構え、全国で256名のスタッフが在籍。測量会社としてスタートし、創業33年目を迎えました。

現在は測るだけじゃなく、劣化した構造物の調査や建設場所の土壌の成分検査から、工事の影響の有無を確認する家屋調査まで、

建設工事で必要なたくさんの業務を請け負ってます。なんと関西では業界ナンバーワンの知名度

さらに自社独自システムを開発し販売やレンタルも行う、ちょっと珍しい総合建設コンサルタント会社です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・対象の施設やお宅へ向かい、室内外の現状をチェック(2人1組で行います)

・ホワイドボードを持っての写真撮影

・電話でのアポ取り

・調査報告書の作成

・課長補佐として段取りやスタッフの調整

仕事は先輩社員と一緒に2人1組で回るので専門知識がなくても始められます。

使用する車はライトバンや軽自動車なので運転しやすいです。

・高卒以上

・運転免許(AT限定可)

8:00~17:40(休憩100分)

※実働時間8時間

【休日】

土日祝(月1回土曜日出勤あり)

※社内外のイベント等で他に土曜出勤の場合あり

その際は振替休日を取得いただきます。

年収 4,000,000円 ~ 6,000,000円

※経験・年齢を考慮の上、決定します。

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(同条件)

※固定残業代(40時間分/月)含む、超過分は別途支給
