職務内容
- アジア太平洋地域(東京含む)のボランティアプロジェクト全体の企画・運営・管理
- プロジェクト計画、申請内容のレビュー、データベース管理
- 社内外ステークホルダー(社内チーム、他部門、非営利団体)との調整・連携
- 助成金処理、マーケティング、管理業務、レポーティング
- 非営利団体および社内向けプレゼンテーションの実施
- 社員向けボランティア研修の企画・実施
- 地域プログラム予算の管理
- イベント運営(会場、交通、物品配布、広報キャンペーン等)の調整
- プログラム評価、データ収集・分析、マニュアル・ツールキット更新
- その他、アジア太平洋地域における関連業務のサポート
理想の人材
- 非営利団体、イベント運営、オペレーション、ボランティア管理、またはクライアントサービスでの実務経験(2〜5年)
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- 複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できる調整力・判断力
- 高いコミュニケーション力と対人スキル
- 自立して業務を進められる主体性とチームワーク
- PowerPoint、Excel、Wordを用いた資料作成・データ分析スキル
- 高い倫理観、機密情報の取り扱いに対する慎重さ
- プロジェクトに応じて早朝・夜間・週末対応が可能な柔軟性
