■About The Company

Our client is a reputable and established financial services firm with a strong presence in the Japanese market. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.

■Position Overview

This is a vital support role connecting the front office (traders) at the forefront of financial transactions with the back office that handles operations. This is an ideal position for those who want to build a career in finance from scratch.

■Responsibilities

・Provide administrative support to traders.

・Input, manage, and reconcile trade data.

・Liaise with the back office to support the settlement process.

・Create and manage daily reports and data summaries.

・Assist with client inquiries as required.

・Support compliance-related administrative tasks.

■Requirements

・Business level Japanese.

・A strong interest in building a career in the financial industry.

・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word).

・Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency.

・A collaborative team player.

・High attention to detail and accuracy.
