We are seeking an exceptional, Chief Personal Support Officer to serve as the trusted right hand of the CEO. This is a white-glove, high-trust role requiring absolute discretion, refined judgment, and anticipatory service.
This position goes far beyond traditional executive assistance. The ideal candidate operates with the mindset of a private butler and executive partner—anticipating needs, protecting the CEO's time and energy, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision, grace, and professionalism.
You will support the CEO both professionally and personally, often behind the scenes, ensuring seamless daily operations and peak performance at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's primary personal and executive support, acting as a true right hand
- Manage complex schedules, travel, logistics, and daily priorities with precision
- Accompany and support the CEO as needed (meetings, events, travel, on-site support)
- Anticipate needs before they arise and resolve issues proactively and discreetly
- Provide white-glove service, ensuring comfort, preparedness, and efficiency at all times
- Handle highly confidential matters with absolute discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, reports, follow-ups, and action items
- Oversee personal tasks and special requests to protect the CEO's focus and time
- Maintain flawless execution—nothing missed, nothing delayed
- Be available for urgent matters, including evenings, weekends, and real-time calls when required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in butler-level, private, or elite executive support
- Exceptional ability to anticipate needs and act without instruction
- Impeccable organization, time management, and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (required)
- Korean is a strong plus, but not required
- High emotional intelligence and refined interpersonal skills
- Calm, composed, and effective under pressure
- Flexible availability, including 24/7 on-call support when needed
- Highly polished, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- Absolute integrity, loyalty, and discretion
