仕事内容:

・AIソリューション導入プロジェクトにおけるPMO支援業務全般

・会議体の運営支援(アジェンダ作成、議事録作成、ファシリテーション補助)

・プロジェクト管理資料の作成・更新(WBS、課題管理表、リスク一覧の管理)

・顧客向け提案資料や報告資料の作成サポート(PowerPoint等を用いた視覚化)

・プロジェクトに必要な各種調査業務(競合ツールや最新技術の文献調査など)

・円滑な進捗・品質管理の実務支援

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・ITプロジェクトにおけるPMO、またはPM補佐の実務経験(1年以上)

・PowerPoint、Excel(VLOOKUP関数、表計算、グラフ作成等)の実務スキル

・見やすく分かりやすいスライド・ドキュメントを作成できる能力

・円滑なコミュニケーション能力(正確かつ迅速な報連相ができること)

【尚可スキル(歓迎要件)】

・コンタクトセンター(PBX/CTI等)に関する業務知識

・AI、チャットボット、ボイスボット、Dify等に関する基礎知識

・SIerまたはコンサルティングファームでの業務経験

勤務時間・曜日:

固定時間勤務の場合:9:00~18:00(1時間の休憩あり)

フレックスタイム制の場合:標準労働時間8時間 / 日

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土日・祝日)

勤務地:

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

アクセス:

  • 渋谷駅:徒歩5分
  • 表参道駅:徒歩10分
  • リモートワーク相談可
  • クライアントにより勤務地変更の可能性あり(原則として23区内の勤務)
