**Job Description**
Develop new technologies and processes in back-end related fields, primarily focusing on spattering, dry etching, and plasma cleaning processes.
Ensure compatibility and efficiency between new and existing processes, building the optimal process flow.
Implement appropriate inspections in each process to maintain stability, characteristics, and reliability.
Analyze yield data, identify root causes, and promote process optimization and variability improvement.
Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and front-end development teams to resolve technical issues.
Implement design rules and verification.
**Requirements**
Mandatory
- 3+ years of experience as a technical professional in the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of wet processes in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (spattering, dry etching, plasma cleaning, and related equipment)
- Basic business IT skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint)
Recommended
- Experience in building and optimizing process flows in electronics or semiconductor devices (including establishing measurement methods)
- Experience in developing new processes or products in electronics or semiconductor devices
- Clean room work and experience handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.)
- Experience with various analysis tools (Exensio, JMP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with English writing and presentation abilities
