Job Description
We are seeking a skilled engineer to develop and implement new technologies and processes in the backend field. Your responsibilities will include selecting and introducing new equipment, verifying the validation process during maintenance, building process verification methods and design verification methods, and managing facilities selection tasks.
You will be responsible for building an optimal process verification method and design verification method that ensures compatibility with existing processes and efficiency. You will also ensure stable throughput, characteristics, and reliability by constructing inspection methods for each stage of production and considering targets and specifications. Furthermore, you will analyze process verification data, design verification data, and throughput data to optimize verification methods and make recommendations to relevant personnel based on verification results.
You will work closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and front-end development teams to resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will establish and verify design rules for process verification and design verification patterns.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
- 3+ years of experience as a technician in the electronic components or semiconductor industry
- Knowledge and experience in process integration for electronic components and printed circuit boards, and semiconductors
- Knowledge of wet process engineering (resist removal, wet etching, stripping solution, etching solution materials, related equipment)
- Fundamental business IT skills in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Desirable:
- Experience in building and optimizing process flows for electronic components or semiconductor devices (including establishing measurement methods) and designing process structures
- Experience in developing new processes or products for electronic components or semiconductor devices
- Experience in clean room work and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.)
- Experience using various analysis tools such as Exensio and JMP for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write and present in English

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
