- Liaise with design, development, and NPI teams to support enhanced test requirements for new products through new test capabilities.
- Optimize existing test processes in characterization and reliability to improve efficiency and reduce costs through test automation.
- Support execution of test requirements for DOE and product spec optimization.
- Manage test engineers responsible for specification and test execution of new design during NPI in Japan.
- Devise and judge solutions based on limited information with a longer-term view for impacting strategic goals and objectives.
- Create formal networks with key decision makers and be recognized as an expert and thought leader by both internal and external communities.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Science with at least 15 years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving and innovative skills.
- Experience with automation of test systems and methodology.
- Knowledge of RF and Mixed Signal Test Instrumentation and methods.
- Background in lab testing including design and implementation of experiments.
- Strong product engineering support skills for test debug in lab and in production line.
- Understanding of wafer fabrication process is an asset.
